This lovely figure is a diorama and features a lighted scene that rotates to the tune "Twinkle twinkle little star". Pinocchio is presented on one side as a wooden marionette and on the other side as a real boy in the arms of Geppetto! The blue fairy is adorned in a lovely blue gown with a baby blue all over scroll design. Her wings are an extremely pale blue translucent acrylic and she holds her magic wand as she makes dreams come true indeed.

There is a bright pink and green floral design along the edge of the base inside the diorama. The title is shown in a dark red color on the base of the piece. (Jiminy Cricket even makes an appearance and is shown next to the title).
