Disney Traditions Jim Shore Loyalty & and Love Rapunzel Pascal Figure Princess. There is a part at the bottom of her hair that looks unfinished. I don't know if it's supposed to look like that. It's smooth, not rough like a chip would be.

Figure is about 7" H x 3-1/2" W. I do my best to describe the items I sell.
